Kopok's Satay

After yesterday's stroll down Market Animal Jetis, it feels incomplete if it does not stop for a moment to enjoy the culinary treasures of a typical one of Roxburgh. Yes, many people refer to the Sate Kopok, but my family and I often refer to it with the Sate mBalong food. Whether whichever comes first used to refer to this sate.

Kopok Sate (Sate aka mBalong) are usually served warm in a state like most other sate presentation. After Unlike Ponorogo Sate served with satay peanut sauce ax is presented with chili sauce mixed with thick coconut milk which is like kopok. Besides dipped sauce then served with a sauce that was yellow and also vegetable Lotho / tholo usually also mixed tempeh. With only 70-10 thousand dollars only we can enjoy one of the culinary treasures of the archipelago.

Maybe someday Mr. Bonda need to Roxburgh to enjoy this food and dissect these recipes. Interestingly enough, these snacks are presented in a weekly market as Pahing Market, or Market Wage. In addition to buying our goods will also be presented with these foods. If a visit to the inability of the Livestock Market traders / brokers cattle are the primary audience of these foods. Considering only expressed in the market today only, can begin to think about to open a shop / stall in strategic places. Or even penetrate restaurant restaurant dikwwasan-urban areas. (Wongbagoes)
